President and Founder, Luke Mansfield
Born and raised in Southern California, Luke Mansfield graduated from Sonora High School
and later went on to receive a B.S. in Business Management from California State University, Bakersfield.
While attending C.S.U.B., Luke was a member of NCAA Championship swim team. The experience of being a two-time
National Champion has helped him understand the value of hard work, dedication, and loyalty.
Luke started out in this field cleaning residential properties as a side-business while putting himself through school.
After college, he worked as an operations manager for a local window cleaning company while supervising a team of
professionals. Now with over eight years of industry knowledge and leadership experience under his belt, Luke made
the decision to venture off into a new beginning with Skyhigh Building Maintenance to take service to the next level.
Director of Operations, Candelario Trejo
Candelario has 18 years of experience in the building maintenance/restoration service field.
Candelario oversees all day to day field operations, this includes work progression, quality assurance, scheduling and training.
Controller, Elizabeth Verutti
Elizabeth is a graduate of The University of Arizona. She has 10 years of experience.
Elizabeth oversees accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll for Skyhigh.
Sales/Public Relations, Richard Mutka
Richard is a graduate of Cal Baptist University. Richard has more than 4 years of experience
in customer services and sales.
